Congradulations to United on our First HQ HNM King Behemoth Kill tonight was a fun experiance as a shell Drops were insane as well :) and my New Pixie earring ^_^

First big kill's fine to post, grats. Just don't go posting every single thing you do like some shells do, that shit's annoying. And don't join an xp party 30 minutes before you know an hnm's window is up and then ditch the pt.

Lots of haters in this thread. I've never seen KB either, so it would be exciting for me as well. One thing I don't understand, is why ppl get sandy vag's over ppl making good times threads about killing a HNM or doing something else they thought was fun and exciting. If you don't think the thread is warrented, don't read it next time. :wink:

2. Because Pixie Earring is basically a guaranteed drop. Since Pixie dropped, the only drop KB has with no equivalent in-game was guaranteed NOT to drop. Therefore the 'Insane' drops mentioned above at best was either e.legs (only beneficial for DRK without Homan or WAR/BST without Haidate) or m.legs (AF1 is arguably better in almost all situations, W.legs destroys these in kiting situations, Relic Legs destroy these front tanking/blink tanking, Adaman/Gem is arguably a better choice as well). I won't even get into w.head...:

After 3 days from his last spawn, King Behemoth becomes a Lottery Spawn from Behemoths.
His regular attacks have an additional effect of Stun.
Is usually kited around the open part of the zone.
Either Pixie Earring or Defending Ring will drop 100% of the time; Defending Ring being the much rarer drop.
King Behemoth will rage after 60 minutes.

yea it was fun stuff i think we all were little startled that we claimed lol i was like no way! cause we had like 16 out of like 101 ppl in the area so it was a nice feeling very fun experience rather then the KSNM99 version >.>
 
We were quite surpised, yes. Thank you for the kind words from the shells around us at camp and your words here, we greatly appreciate it.

Sorry for the post in the wrong forum, as was stated by the OP, he doesn't post here much and we had just killed KB so I'm sure his excitement played part in some of that. He was notified and the situation has been corrected, as you can see.

As far as putting other peoples accomplishments down, I think that's a little childish though no one can truly control what you say by yourselves so that is of course purely opinion. While these drops may not be worth anything to some, that earring certainly meant a whole lot to the OP and I'm very happy for him. Our tanks had issues at the beginning as one of our new paladins thought voking and hanging out would be good while our Ninja attempted to kite, mistakes happen but I think we recovered and killed in a good amount of time for our first HQ HNM ever. Mainly, I think we were just stunned that we actually got claim over such accomplished and prestigious shells that accompanied us in Behemoth's Dominion.

Again, thank you for your kind words for those that shared and if any of you have future advice on camping/fighting tactics we'll be happy to listen. If you'd like to know about our 'insane' drops I can share in PM, but otherwise I'll be leaving the thread.

Congratulations again to United, its about damn time.
