After much anticipation, SQUARE ENIX (http://www.square-enix.com/), is happy to announce the unveiling of its new MMORPG – RADIATA STORIES II. The new project, previously codenamed, Rapture, is set to launch this summer for Playstation3™, XBOX™, and Windows. Because of the nature of introducing a new massively multiplayer game, and the resources necessary to support such an endeavor, SQUARE ENIX is simultaneously announcing the termination of its current popular MMORPG, Final Fantasy XI. Since 2002 Final Fantasy XI has been a popular title for SQUARE ENIX, and it is with great sadness, mixed with great excitement, that we make this decision. Ultimately, we believe by choosing to support only one MMORPG, we will be able to focus our resources and provide the best in-game support and development for RADIATA STORIES II.

We thank you for your commitment to Final Fantasy XI, and hope to see you in the world of RADIATA STORIES II soon.

Doesn't even seem like they're trying with these jokes anymore.
I liked Kingdom of Salad better than this.
The worst part is a Radiata Stories MMO would actually get me pretty excited. That game was the bomb.

I got to the name of the new MMO and I thought ok.. thats cool ,I feel like i've heard the name before.

Then i saw the thing about termination of FFXI and I realized what date it was, lol

what she said...until I started to cross the examine "popular"(read:lots of cash) with brand new mmo that'll need lots of fixes to be good but then again I thought SE(read: not the brightest).

Until I read the disclaimer I was fooled=/

This is better than Camel-man's joke last year I'll tell you that, I can't believe I fell for the rdm nerf part about increasing gravity recast time(also read: pissed off).
