I posted the topic in the Auction House forum, wanting a Barone Zucchetto to be made. He sends me a PM saying he can do it, so I buy the items too have him synth it for me. I've always done this and never had a problem with it, getting many items synthed by people I know, and people I don't know. I know there is always a risk, but I figure most people have the decency to do what they said they will do.

Well this taru is out to scam. He has done it before and will do it again. He asks to join party, he takes the items, tells you that the combination can't be synthed, then warps and disbands. I question him and he says he broke it, but after further questioning, he tells me his highest craft is 22 clothcraft and that he steals from people he think buy gil. (He saw my sig and though I really was a gilbuyer. Thanks alot -.-)

Anyways, never trust this guy. Don't trade him items, don't let him join your party, don't do anything that involves this guy. And pass the word around. I want his gaming experience made a living hell.
 
I know that this probably won't do anything, but could you try calling a GM on him?
 
I did. They are 'looking into it' like usual. She actually asked questions like what happened, and where, and what time lol Maybe that is a good sign. He blatently admitted to stealing the items. I don't get how they can't do something.
 
I actually saw shouts in jeuno before I warped for a skill up party. something like Venomous claw do you have it? Scorp Harness +1 do you need it?, Someone advertising an HQ like that seemed rather suspicious to me but after I said something no one seemed to pay attention, lol.
 
I didn't see him shout or anything like that. I got a PM on here after I posted the WTB thread in the Auction House forum. Figured I could trust QCDN'ers. Guess y'all suck... lol
 
Lanien i smelled bullshit when i saw the AH history and none were on sale.Btw tell that fucking taru that i have nothing to do and i swear to God everytime saw him online i'm going to follow that bich and shout he stole your items.Also i'm going to level my swords on his exp mobs ...... and yes YOU BICH GIVE HIS GIL BACK OR I"LL FUCKING KILL YOU.i'm ready to do all this as soon as i get home today.

lol WSM would never flame me. I was one of the people that actually gave him a chance when everyone else was flipping out and flaming him. Shame on you all lol

Anyways, it's just gil I guess. I'll make it back. What I'm really hoping is that the GM actually did something about it and is going to send me my money back lol That would be the day... :roll:
 
I think it was the same name... but this taru was shouting for gil donation so they could afford an Astral Ring. For like 2 hours they could have been farming, he/she/it was shouting for freebies. Sylpiph asked me for some free gil, and I responded with a <I'm sorry><English><Too weak><Goodbye> :twisted: Sorry to hear that happened to you Lanien... I'll give he/she/it a big slap next time I come across them.

Bah, fuck this game lol Now a Barone Zucchetto appears on the AH, and I can't afford it because this douche took my money. Fucking blows... :evil:
 
Hmmm...

This fucking sucks dude, seriously. I know how hard it can be sometimes to make gil, and living NM drop to NM drop sucks too, just like farming. Losing large quantities of gil is depressing as well, especially when said gil was supposed to get you an item of great value for yourself...

Well, seeing as how I know his name, and I know how to use a search function...I may have to skill up my Scythe near him sometime soon. I'll make sure my pets hold hate, however....

I can't be blamed if the pets I leave wander over to whatever he's fighting, can I? :twisted:
