nvm i just had to chage the resolution :D appearently it ets the resolution to 800x600 automaticly unlke the old which used the one under config

where its maximazed to a point where u cant see the blue bar at the top, it covers the taskbar and u can only exit it through using alt-tab to a different window. i dont know if it was just my compuer but that is how the old one worked for me :(
