Yes this item was added in COP. I'm not sure how it works because I have been unable to buy any without any on the AH. It sounds to me though that you should be able to store medicines in these tanks like pots and ethers etc. Since they are called dispensible items. Just a theory.

My friend Jesone is a bodybuilder and plays this game everyday.. Hes currently farming for his snipers valkrie mask etc. Hes a 45drk atm. I probably wont be able to get a pic of him though :/
