Another piece of information I read on other ppl's token story: "There is a long list of customers in the same situation who have not received their tokens yet. The supervisors have been contacting customers but at a very slow pace, reshipping tokens. Until they contact you, I have no...

Thanks for the information ShomeGhuye, so I suspect we got our package lost, but SE couldn't send a new one because it's out of stock... Since I live in Hong Kong (with the token delivering to Texas) and webchat is the only way for me to communicate with the CS, I guess I won't bother to stay...

Same problem here, It has been 2 months since I ordered mine. I've talked to them once on the webchat mid May, and no news from them since then. ("Okay I've escalated the issue and will be contacted as soon as they figure out where that package went. I do not have an estimated time of when...

Haven't posted here for a very long time, I guess I'll share one of my recent FFXI drawings here ^^ Above is a cover for my 3rd FFXI fanbook which I finished recently, the theme of the book is the AF sets in game, I always want to draw all the 20 AF sets in a coherent style once. And in this...

Having my a/c hacked once before, I'm definitely going to get one. ..and 80 inventory slots?! I don't need to store my set gears at NPC anymore, lol (AF+1 yay) ...But I'd like to know if SE willing to ship it to places outside service regions (JP/NA/EU). Japan office can be very picky with this...

Finally managed to beat this bc yesterday night, setup was BLM/WHM X2, and a RDM/WHM to keep the npc alive, we cleared the bc with manaburn style. Since a -gaIII can take roughly 70% hp of the mobs, so we finish the first few waves in this way: 1) Both BLM sleepga all the mobs as soon as they...

I agree it was pretty hard to get people for the WoTG BCs, but yesterday night me(RDM/WHM) and Zoner(NIN/WAR) were lucky to have a Japan player (BLU/WHM) joining for both Sandy and Windy BC. Since we just head directly to the Abandoned Mineshaft after the Sandy BC in Garlaige Citadel (S), I...

I am sorry to hear Michelle(Mali)'s story about getting her a/c back (twice).. luckily I didn't have to suffer the same thing. My taru was hacked around the end of May, and I just got him back on Tuesday. The process of getting my a/c back was pretty smooth, I only needed to provide all my...

I only want to know if there is a refund later on the server changing fee -_-

My taru is on Sereph server now... (; ; ) I think I lost nothing, (well only my enfeebling torque is on the mailbox pending to be delivered to another RMT, how much is it right now btw?) since my brother got a gm to freeze my a/c soon after hacked. Anyway - -; I'm waiting for a data restore to...

My taru is hacked with server changed ...I'll see you all in 3 months.. >_<

And Sab you've done a cute work ! hehe, there is a funny contrast (?) of a gaint Titan and the tiny taru ^^ and I can't stop laughing at Titan's facial expression, thats just priceless XD

Oh, it's same character model XD? I didn't notice! hehe But honestly.. I really hope there will be a DIFFERENT theme next year -_- I wanna draw my boy taru ; ; I like this year's Crystal Prize winner's work, it's such a great idea and he/she did an awesome job to portray it (lol @ the mithras...
