Only the entire Pahluwan set gives "Subtle blow" and i don't think it gives you more than 2 or 3 %

Information that i found 1 month ago when i was searching for the same thing: - Job Trait always active. - Subtle Blow trait decreases the enemy's TP gain per hit. - Subtle Blow I reduces TP given to enemies by 5% - Subtle Blow II reduces TP given to enemies by 10% - Subtle Blow also reduces...
