I know a few of things here...yeah Ferque can be a bit of a baby (aka bitchass) but I don't think he has purchased gil (recently anyways). I think he just pesters everyone to give him gil. He also knows just about every pop location to like every nm and has even known ToD on 21-24 hour pops...
