IMO ACC/DEX always goes before ATT/STR, no matter what your race is. The only thing tarus might have a problem with is Souleater. Since they have a small HP pool. But you can always wear those earrings that turn 25 MP into HP. Then again I've never played DRK as a taru so I'm not sure about...

I belive this ring has +4 ACC and +4 R.ACC. Don't think it has any R. ATT bonouses.

Personally I don't like NIN tanks because, unless they spend an insane amount of money on tools (on top of the Utsusemi tool) and shurikens, they can't hold hate well. Well I'll still try to lvl my NIN with either RNG or THF sub. Hopefully I can change people's mind and explore uncharted...
