EVERYTHING has gone down in price, which means it's [theoretically] harder to make money nowadays. Deflation is worse than Inflation, because people are afraid to keep their gear because they think it could be worth less and less in the long run.

I saw it in Caedarva G-9, that's where I got it when I was doing the Promotion Quest. I don't think it has moved yet. Good luck!
