I agree with Davion. The Summoner's Spats aren't "useless" as the -bp ability delay is the only thing you can get. While they are still the worst piece in the set otherwise, not 1 piece of summoner relic is "useless". Head for -perp and -bp ability, Body for avatar crit hit and -perp depending...

As a final note, My SS button was hit at different times and I'll make sure to remember to take the "hide" functions off when I SS for posting on QCDN. I want to thank Evanos for manning up. I commend you on your tests, very well done.
