My friend said I should use those to lvl RNG (15 atm), from what I see, I believe they'll help with +5 RACC, dumping gil to NPC for 4-5gil per arrow kind of hurts when your hit rate is about 10%... It's level 42 WW. If you're 38+ and want to skill up, I'll help, or if someone would craft a few...
