amemet

Can someone tell me how the NM Amemet's respawn time works. Is he lotto off the lizards there, or is he on a set time? Just curious because I haven't got a real answer from anyone I've asked. Yea I know this is kinda random, but when ya got free time at work, questions in your head arise.
