I know i recently saw a thread asking where to find the application that makes names outlined and the curser look different and pretty much make the game look cooler. Where is that thread/site that i can get it?

Not sure if anyone on here has had a wedding in Bastok or with a Bastok theme but just incase... What are the mottos for each person and nicknames used for? I was kinda lost when I filled this out for a friend, and wanted to know what they were for before my own application is filled out...
