chipset

I'm looking to replace a fan that is in this picture.. My fan is working but isn't moving, it like too much friction for the fan to move... anyway, i need to replace this before my chipset starting to melt I believe this is Southbridge according to Cpu-z Model is A8N-SLI Deluxe v.1.xx...
