1) Red 2) Average or higher Discernment 3) Gallop learned Any of these 3 will do. But I'd prefer #1 paired with 2 or 3. As well, my female is First-Class Strength and Endurance if you'd like a card.

So i'm doing Imperial Agent Rescue. And normaly the WHM mobs are quite reliable in trowing thier weapons and breaking the door down. But today, out of two of them, BOTH of them have suddenly "dropped" thief staff at like, 99% HP. Are there conditions? Or wtf is up?
