elegy

Does anyone know which BCNM drops "Scroll of Carnage Elegy"? It's a 59 Bard song that inflicts slow on the targeted creature.

Ok I just got Elegy on Bard last night. I am just rather curious why everyone thinks it is so great. Does it stack with Slow or is it stronger than that spell or what? I mean yeah being able to take care of Slow is nice, but not THAT impressive. Faedryth
