Okay, so I've been trying to figure out how to make like a good .gif for an avatar on another forum and I just can't find a program on how to do it! I just wanna take a video that I made in premier and make it smaller and in animated .gif form...help me out you geeks! xD

I fucking love it when I click on a thread and my browser takes a dump all over itself cause people love animated gifs in there sigs and avatars. Where the fuck is Pupusa. Little by little, all the fucking rules are going out the window and it's starting to stink in here.
