I see out of the four Beastman helms, "Goblin Coif" seems to be the most popular. I'm trying to go after an Orc Helm myself. How does one go about... starting this quest, anyway? I'm not sure. I know it needs to be Synthed, but how do I start the quest to get the Cutting to Synth it?
