Ok well, I am a ninja...fairly broke one :P but farming will fix that but anyways my question is the Heko Obi +1 has the Added Spell Interuption Rate +8% does this count for Ninjitsu as well? know it all Falkner says it doesnt but I'd rather ask my community family. :P
