Anyone else getting and incredibly slow download speed?

The expansion installed just fine. When it does the "Preparing" stage, it goes by pretty damn fast for checking the 14000 files. But then when it gets to downloading the 200whatever files, it goes incredibly slow. Reason? No fucking clue :banghead3:
