There was another thread in the Event Scheduling about help for RSE that reminded me of my question, but it didn't seem appropriate there. I have a lv 30 Thf, and I'd like to try to get RSE using Thief Tools. Is that high enough level? Or what formula/factors are involved in using Thief Tools...
