Sange: Seems like a piece of shit bells and whistles gimmick. The damage you do at Lv1 barely makes up for the extra hits you would of done in the 2-3 seconds it takes to use Sange and throw your Shurikens. Not only that but you need capped Throwing, Expensive Shurikens and probably more RAcc...
