pricechecking

I was just thinking of it, and it says you MUST include a price (which is very understandable) but what about those Not Auction House Sellable items? Like Hakutaku eyes and the like, or items that have not sold on AH for like a year? Would a sub-board be viable to do Price Checks? I have yet to...
