    Storage NPC for R/E stuff?

I heard there was an NPC for storing R/E crap so it wouldnt take up MH space... Can anyone tell me the location and name of this NPC? It'd be greatly appreciated... Also, what kind of R/E stuff can I store? ONLY event items, or can I store ANY R/E stuff?
