call me an idiot but i cannot find the reply button for when im looking at a PM... I feel like and idiot for asking but where the hell is it?

As the title says, I have no reply button, so im stuck making a new PM every time I want to reply... fix dis admin prz

I can not view anything since 4:42PM when I logged in earlier. Even my own posts. Quick reply tells me that it can't post, but when I try again a minute later I used the copy and paste and it says that I can't duplicate and make an identical post. Any idea's? Not that I can see them... I can't...
