restoration

I've been waiting like 6 days for my account data to be restored after someone hacked my account and took all my stuff. Anyone know how long it takes? Or how far they roll the character back? If it's more than two weeks I'm going to be pissed, I don't want to level RDM again.

Has anyone out there got thier account restored and still be on a different server and have all your items gone?

How is it done? :) Do I have to reactivate my account first, or do I have to call POL. And yes I know its not a 100% restoration, sometimes they cant even restore the char. at all. Help me prease

Re: Character Restoration Anyone had any experience with this before? Any idea how long it generally takes?

Okay, I was a idiot and changed the files for Gallant Armor(PLDAF1) without saving the original files to a folder, now I want to restore them for making a sig, but I have no file to restore. Is there a site that has all of the original .DAT files? Or is there a way to get all of the defaults...
