sanction

my game crashed when I try to get sanction... anyone else has this problem? anyone knows how it can be solved?

Now i'm told if i get a particular bonus it shortens the lifespan of this special signet. Now others tell me, it's actually very nice, just no one wants to spend the 100 IM for the effect. Now I like to know, is the bonus worth it? Or does it really do gimp your signet's lifespan. :3

Okay, Refresh used to only fill up to 40% of my MP. Now it's filling up to 65%. Maybe Besieged victories enhance sanction bonuses.. This is really puzzling though. I don't recall any patch messages changing it.
