send or reply

Yeh, sorta odd, but...if I hit the reply button to respond to a PM or try to make a new PM altogether, the top panel loads, but everything below it loads nothing..tried reloading several times as well as opening it in IE, Firefox and Opera, does the same problem on each program. Do i needto...
