shuriken

Leveling NIN (28 right now), and I just capped throwing. I hit maybe 1/3 without RACC but I notice my hate is more stable throwing consistently. I'd like to synth a stockpile of Juji Shuriken; a stack of ingredients (12 synths). Can anyone help me out? I don't know how most crafters work...
