solo or duo

Currently lvl 73 BLM Been soloing/little duo since 60 Exp off those quigrin(sp?) xp is getting kinda slow, Currently only have whm sub rdm is still in progress, I wanna try some flans....Just looking for info as to ideal sub and the like. Any help would be welcome, thanks :)
