streaming

Does the xbox 360 wireless network adapter allow me to connect to my pc as well so I can get photo's and music?

Might there be a chance of a decent one of these that could record videos from youtube, myspace video, google video, etc? If you don't consider it streaming then where might I find a converter to change the files to a more common format? Thanks.
