What's a good method to relieve stress...? I've been stressed/depressed/anxious outta my miiiind lately, it's messing with school, home, friends, and sleep. I just want it to gooo awaaaay. Anti depressants never really seemed to help me. I took those for over 2 years, they never helped...

So what does everyone here do to relax? I'm out of ideas and just sortof curious...
