zucchetto

I know the turban frankly doesn't look as goofy. And I see turbans at possibly a 10-1 ratio. But all things considered for a DRK wouldn't the Zucchetto at the very least make as much sense in a Tredecim v. Perdu argument? I understand the entire purpose of the turban is for a strong haste/TP...

what ??? item and where dose this item come from? it's the only storm peice i cant seem to find the mission attainable from.
