Avatars Confirmed

well if this rumor is true then maybe those screens of the MY PAD, aka MS' version of home were not fake either, they had the same avatars in it that they showed at E3!
 
What I'm worried about is whether or not we can keep our gamerpics and themes and still use them. I know a lot of people who've spent a lot of money on those, including myself. I'd be pissed if they kept releasing them until the next update then fucked us over by not making them compatible...

this is my concern as well, it is possible there will still be themes, maybe just themes that are more compatible with the new interface, or perhaps a way to update the current themes, who knows.
 
I'd imagine the Themes would still work. Just have them behind the tabs/pages. Plus a color coding would be nice. I dunno, I'm one for nostalgia. I've been using the same fucking interface for 5 years or so, why change something that ain't broken.

Avatars are pretty dumb but I'm glad they're finally updatin' the party system on Live instead of makin' game devs do it in every single game.
