Well, I am in a Predicament, A Conflict of Interest, a Klappsmuehle so to say.
I have found this outstanding MMO called FFXI. Sunk 80% of my Playing Time into it and found it was insanely Fun. Then I bought another MMO, this one intrigued me. It was called Horizons: Empire of Istaria. The Part that intrigued me was that they have an RP Server and you can play Dragons. Yes you heard Right. Dragons.
For a long Time, FFXI remained my Main Game, because after all, I had an established Circle of Friends, lots of Fun and such. Then came the PS2bie Rush. At the same Time I was at the Point where I had to Level another Sub. Because I made some poor Choices Characterwise. So obviously, I was caught up in the PS2bie Rush. And Hell it was.
Figuring that all I had to loose was a couple of Crappy Party's and tons of XP Loss, I started playing Horizons more. I found an All Dragon RP Guild. So slowly my Game time started involving more and more Horizons and less and less FFXI. Now all this wouldn't be a Problem, if only I could quit FFXI. You know, gracefully bow out and give away all my Stuff to deserving People. BUT the Crux of the Biscuit is, I still very much enjoy FFXI. So now I use FFXI as an alternate to Horizons when Shard Maintenance is being done, My Guild is all logged, etc.
So in any Case, the Point I am trying to make here is: Never buy another MMO while you are still playing one. It sucks having to Choose between two Ways of Having Fun.
