Multi-Plat Dragon Age: Origins

Same here :> I cannot wait to see how pissed she'll be at me for hunting her down, given that I had her as my first romance on my original character, then jilted her to get with Leliana, then *STILL* slept with her to get out of dying at the end.

Haha oh man. That's awesome. Personally, I decided to get out of dying, but promised not to follow. I only just recently finished my first playthrough, so to see a follow up to it, I'm intrigued.

With my main I stuck with her the whole way, and said I would find her. I did all the other options in different saves. Here's the description from the site, since it's blocked for you.

Date: Available September 7th on PC, Xbox360, and PS3.
Price: $7 [560 BioWare Points, 560 MS Points, $6.99 PSN]

Description:

The dreaded Archdemon has been slain and the advance of the darkspawn halted by a lone, heroic Grey Warden. The kingdom rejoices, but at least one question remains: what happened to Morrigan? The sorceress joined the Wardens cause, but it is said her true purpose was not revealed until the eve of the last battle. She vanished into the shadows, and while rumors claimed she crossed over the mountains into Orlais no trace of her path could be found. She was never heard from again... until now. Nearly a year has passed since the Archdemon's death, and word has reached the Wardens that Morrigan has returned to Ferelden. She has been sighted in the southern wilderness where she was first encountered. Is it truly her? If it is, then why has is she here and what secret does she carry with her? The Warden heads into the forest to find out and tie up this last loose end once and for all.

Key Features:

  • Confront Morrigan in this dramatic conclusion to the Origins storyline
  • Earn powerful rewards that transfer into your Awakening and Origins campaign
  • Import your character from Origins or Awakening or create a new, high-level hero!

this pleases me as well, despite her shortcomings she was my favorite character.

Spoiler:
Given that it's been said that Flemeth is in DA2, my money is on the fact that she was able to usurp Morrigan's body with her spirit form after being slaughtered by the Grey Warden

Oh, I also told her that I'd track her down and find her.
Spoiler:
Possibly, but didn't Flemeth want the kid?

Spoiler:
It's possible, since DA2 is supposedly concurrent that DAO, that Flemeth could still be "dead" in the late DAO storyline, but still be narrating/a part of the DA2 storyline. If the DA2 timeline covers 10 years, it could be that Hawke's story begins well before the Blight of DAO, and this is when Flemeth crosses paths with Hawke.

Spoiler:
To be honest, I expected that the whole "Go get knocked up with a god-baby" plan was Flemeth's idea from the get-go. In fact, wasn't there some dialogue that pretty much said just that? It's been a long time since I beat the game...

Spoiler:
I didn't think Flemeth knew about Morrigan's child. I killed Flemeth well before the final battle, so I can only speak on that experience.
Spoiler:
It was Flemeth's plan, that's why she saved us at Ostagar and sent Morrigan with us.

It was, there's some dialogue about it when Morrigan suggests the idea.

Spoiler:
yes she mentions it was Flemeth's intentions, which would also coincide with how she extends her life. especially if the child was a girl.

I knew we'd track down Morrrigan eventually. I hope it has multiple endings. I wanna kill her one time, hook up with her the next time and steal her baby the last time, which would probably be followed by killing her.

you cruel, cruel boy. :P

The final release of Dragon Age Origins. The Ultimate Edition. $115 worth of content for $50 on PC and $60 on Consoles.

Sure am glad I bought it from my crashing and burning Blockbuster not a month or so ago.

I'll probably pick that up, it'll make reinstalling everything so much easier.

I'm definitely picking this up on PC. I really enjoyed playing it on PS3, but I played really badly on it, so I want to go and try it the way it was always meant to be played.

Just picked up the ultimate edition. This is really a steal for the PC price.
