Head to delkfutt in Qufim, Once there, dont zone in, instead head north along the left wall and enter the small canyon and soon you'll see a cave. Go straight and ull enter a large room, go into the left tunnel and keep going and ull eventually zone into Behemoth's. You can't travel too far in, just until u reach the end of the tunnel. You'll see Greater Gayles and Lesser bats. Lesser's do jetstream, watch out, i took 590 dmg in one hit, lol, but survived. Stick to the gayles and u should be hitting round 160-200+ exp a kill. It is kinda hard though, so i suggest not going there until 34 minimum. And its a BYOP zone. bring your own party. Nobody will be in there. Keep this info to the good players so it isnt infected like other zones.

the gayles are what mob? Bat swarm?

Yep, at level 35 someone suggested that place, went there, it was awesome. I would suggest level 34-35 there, and there are groups there sometimes, when I was there we had another group behind us.

Greater Gayles are single bats, so not horrible at all, but they do hit kinda hard. So ur tank needs good def and ur WHM good mp. Lessers are the swarms u wanna look out for.

I got an invite there once with my 34THF/17NIN, but it was right as I was starting to logout, and I was tired as hell, so I had to decline. :/ I always try to level in BYOP zones. Korroloka Tunnel instead of Valkurm/Buburimu, Sauromugue Champaign instead of Qufim, Eastern Altepa Desert instead of Yhoator Jungle. Glad to know I've got an alternative to Garlaige now, too. Though Eastern Altepa Desert still works until about 35-36 anyway (Desert Dhalmels starting at about 34). But I don't like Dhalmels; hard with THF, since they're so big. Can't see very well who I'm behind for SATAing purposes. I also got an invite with my THF when I was 33 to the Crawler's Nest. It was a completely JP PT other than me, and though our levels ranged from 33-36, we still made great experience, and I hit 34 and made it halfway to 35. JP PTs always surprise me; not only was there the level gap, but our tanks were a Taru NIN/WAR and a Taru DRK/WAR. There were problems with hate control, and for awhile I wasn't able to SATA very well and was about to leave, but then it got better and we started owning. And, as with every completely JP PT I've ever been in, they were all very polite, even when people made mistakes. Unlike a lot of NA PTs I've had... >_> But I don't mean to start up those old arguements here. I know there are plenty of unskilled/rude JP players, just as there are plenty of NA players who are very skilled and polite. I don't make generalizations; just observations based on my experiences. :P

IGlad to know I've got an alternative to Garlaige now, too.

Yeah, I remember back in the day when Garliage was actually a nice experience. I went to lvl my whm to 37 to avoid the European release, and found nothing but trains by the lvl ~50 groups to the zone, and near constant links. If I ever found a good group, I took them to a nice spot a good distance from the zone. Pretty nice area, though there is a spawn point pretty close... but then a good party can handle that sort of thing every once in awhike, I think haha

Too bad I have no intention of taking another job up that high to take advantage of Behemoth's Domain - though maybe nin when I hit 75.. it's always interested me, that's class.

for those who are lv 40+ and don't want to lv in CN's narrow tunnel...
West Altepa Desert is a nice place to go ^^
and the camp site was [G-7] right head corner, we were hiding under the shadow of the rock. You better head to Rabao and choco there.

What we were fighting are beatles, giving about 170xp per round if no chain. Chain them if your mages managing mp well or with proper SC. We kept doing #3~4 chain, 200~280 xp per round. [PT lv range: 40~41]

Sometimes Beatles will pop in the camp, watch out if they link. Also, I can't see many aggro mobs near the camp.

It will be great to have a RDM in PT for dispel spell.

Hmm

well garnalaige citadel is good from 33-36 or 37...but than u go to crawlers nest...u stay in crawlers nest until like 48 or 55 i dont know...BUT!!!!! u can go to gustav tunnle from 40-45...located at secret beach in valkurm dunes..also a BYOP...bc if u go there and try to get a PT u wont...unless ur lucky...i was getting 1 level an hour there chaining gobs and the fly's......very good/quick xp....better than crawlers nest...but sometimes when you go there..there will be higher levels farming :x but if ur lucky the place will be deserted and you can have it all to your party
