Yep, it's been implemented. I know in Rabao you can do it, and in Knightwells in West Ronfaure. I think the Furmoles has a NPC also. Most of the prizes are mainly fireworks, including his mystery ultimate item, it's another firework, like a scary mask that lasts 3 seconds.

He does hand out those drops from the egghunt though, +5 to a stat depending on the color and counts as medicine, stacks with food, can be useful in some BCNM fights for a quick time, but it's Rare I believe and only last 12 minutes.

hmm... sounds pretty stupid to me... but.....
i did try my luck at goldfish scooping caught about 10 blacks 1 lionhead and a bunch of tinys,

black ones, are easy,
lionhead, EXTREMELY HARD
tiny if you can catch one, get outta the water

i ate a tiny (raw ^^ sushi!!!!!) and it added 2 to dex and --4 to mnd

Cost anything to scoop the goldfish? I thought that the "goldfush scooping ability +2" on the robe was just some decoration

I did some goldfish scooping last night with my fiancé in Rabao, and I hafta say, the Lady's/Lord's Yukata helps a lot. My fiancé didn't have one, and he was getting way more tears than me. And to dragoonnerzul, it costs 100 gil for a scoop, and the bowl is free. Scoops stack to 12, and you can also buy more with points from trading in fish you catch.
