** help with food items **

[Anonymous]

~ Would anyone happen to know a good website where I can get some facts about food items, what they do and which ones are the best ??

I have the FF book and that helps alot, but I dont feel like it has everything in it....maybe I am wrong....but I was at AH in W.Walls and a person came up to me (no idea who she was?!) and wished to trade with me... she gave me 6 Buttered Nebinomites...ok I think that this is a food item, but I dont know what to do with it.... should I use it? What does it do? Does it sell well? I didnt see it in my book...

A website that explains food would be very helpful, thanks !!

I like http://ffxi.allakhazam.com personally- I find their listings to be quite handy. I especially like how all their stuff is cross-referenced, so you can see not only what a food does, but how to make it as well.
