Find one of the people that sell them or just take it from a forum (there are plenty around). I dont think they are for sale in jeuno but the other main cities have em EX: Port Sandy by the HP. Then tell ur friend the # and when he creates his/her char they can specify the world they wanna join (has to be correct spelling) and then enter the # you gave them. The world pass is good for a certain number of days(it tells you) and can let in more then 1 person so after ur friend gets on you can post it on a forum urself for others to use or w/e =P
