I miss you, Trist D:

We pick about coming back but we won't. I miss the game sometimes but I enjoy the amount of free time that I have now.

It drags you in. No matter what, you don't have the free time you wish you did. Even if you only play a little bit. It's nice that the two of you still are on QCDN though. It's like a big family!

I have memories like that with friends I played ffxi with over the years. This thread really made me smile.

I definitely agree with you. It's like you try to pace yourself by not playing too much during a day and then you sit down and spend 5 hours on the computer. >.> I don't regret playing as long as I did considering the awesome friends that I made but I do love the free time that I have now. I don't post on QCDN as much as I used to but I do lurk alot.

Or you turn out like me and try to play for a few hours every other day, only to realize you don't have time to do anything of value other than chat and maybe campaign. Not as fun, but not as life-consuming. Stay quitted, it's likely much more enjoyable :)
