I have been stuck on 43.DAT for 3 hrs!!!!! 1% total for 3 fucking hours!!!! AAAHHHH!!!! Not even an estimated time left..... I hate this school and it's goddamn bandwidth shaping and I hate SE for putting out this shitty patch!!!!! DAMMIT!!!! :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

It's good to know I'm not the only one having problems getting everything downloaded. I'm on broadband and it's been hours of disconnects.
It was the same way when I first bought the game; I tell everyone who buys the game I think Square Enix does it to weed out the weak and unworthy. If you have the patience to sit through a few days of disconnect notices, you somehow deserve to play.
Then again it installs and downloads with any hitch for some people, so I guess they're trying to tell me something. /em whimpers.

its a real pain in the ass especially for u 56 kers....you are having an issue because of the network traffic making it hard for u to stay connected to the server
Alright... is anyone else still not able to download this patch? I left it on overnight... OVERNIGHT.... and it is still at fucking 1%!!!! WTF?!?!?!? I woke up, cheked the screen, and had the sudden urge to throw my computer out the widow... lucky I restrained myself...

They definitely need to come up with something better. I'm on broadband and never have conectivity issues...but it took me over an hour to connect and then when i finally did i was dc'd MULTIPLE times. Finally was able to get on after about 2 hours...which I guess is a lot better than some people had it. Just frustrating since THEY estimated about 23 minutes if you were on broadband.
