Why not just add all your friends from there to flist, at least all the ones you talk to? It wouldn't hurt, and it sure beats /sea alling them.

Maybe also check if they post around this forum too, then you can pm them and what not here.

Her removal from the LS was primarily due to me. Thanks for the fun times and friends. I'm going to stop my "attacks" (when really they were questions) against leadership based on what I felt I misunderstood.

I've been told that the work I've done for YOU as a member, represented by the spreadsheet I created and posted, was incorrect due to how I interpreted the point system. Now, while this maybe true, the reason I interpreted the point system incorrectly is because it wasn't clear from reading the rules. Absolute is an endgame shell, or just Dynamis, and the leaders are allegedly fudging points?

Meh. I think this is why a lot of people avoid endgame shells or only on into shells with very close friends. It's so hard to find good shells corrupt leadership. I'd rather be in a shell where the leadership actually makes a mistake (that effects everyone) and takes ownership of it over a shell where the leadership makes a mistake and instead of owning up to it, they try to hide it and let the problem progressively screw up the autonomy of the group, then when confronted about it: divide and conquer. How politics comes into a video game amazes me XD!

Im sorry things didnt work out between you and your shell... but please please pleas dont do this, this world is already so oversaturated with dynamis shells its not even funny.
And is probably the biggest reason alot of us dont have all the items we are after yet.

There are palenty of nice happy functioning shells that would be happy to have you and your friends.

If you must make your own shell... stay off tuesdays and saturdays please, lol.
 
So basically any shell that Achates runs ends up in the creation of a new shell to get away from him? Or who leads this?
 
Most endgame is like that: Divide and Conquer.

I will echo other comments made here, please consider joining an established shell vs. starting your own. It seems that the majority of spinoff type dynamis shells end in miserable failure.

I would advise not wasting your time with this, and join an established shell where both you and the new shell benefit. Do you research, find an LS that isn't founded, for, by, and in corrupt protection of, teh n00b.

A well run and geared shell can win all areas with around 18-24 players except Xarcabard. Farming doesn't take anymore and can probably mean slightly less. With a core group of 18 dedicated good players, you can farm all 5 zones depending on how lucky and skilled you are. The same group with the appropriate jobs can win even Xarcabard, but it requires specific setups to be met (I've heard a group of less than 18 won Xarcabard, but that's not an every day thing).

The problem with dynamis isn't that it's over crowded, it's the players are dedicated only to themselves. Once a player has obtained the gear they desire, they move on. That isn't to say they quit dynamis entirely, some do, but many go on to another group just to bypass any wait on gear. Once someone has the gear they wanted, there really isn't anything to keep them tied down. All shells will lose members here and there forcing those shells to recruit. Recruit new members, older ones leave. The cycle continues until the shell dies.
