Heh. After Im in an EXP party, in the dunes, falling asleep, getting 3 raises, auto-HPing in Norg, I find my way out (using a map I previously bought) of the Yuhtunga jungle for the first time ever. Im in Kazham, waiting for the airship to arrive, when suddenly, some guy with a name i cant remember (Hksomething) shouts "Someone please help !!!"

sheeeesh all he had to do was type /callgm, how hard is that? lol. Although I would have some reservations about calling one myself, they seem to be pricks from some of the posts I've seen here.

i read a post on another forum, where this high level japanese was training gobs to the entrance, killing all the parties, then he said
(English) (leave now.) or something
and he called a GM, and the GM watched it, talked to the guy, then replied to the guy who called the GM, and he said that the JP was being aggroed and just zoning them...

but i mean, for that many times and saying a racist comment...gawd...

Funny when I was trying to figure out how to get to Sea Serpent Grotto two days ago I witnessed the same spamage in Kazham. People started shouting for the guy to walk out deeper and how they'll bring him poison potions. Then he randomly picks someone to /tell an picks me. I was too busy getting directions from 10 different people to even respond to him. I'm sure somewhere in the manual it tells you have to contact a GM. Heck I figured out just by playing around with each menu.

GMs are like rent a cops... in all the mmorpgs I've played not one helped out with any problems besides getting stuck somewhere you shouldn't be.

Well if it was the same person who pinged me about a similar incident, they weren't the brightest. Friendly yes. Bright no...

Conversation went like this:

Person: Can you help me?
Me : Why?
Person: Can you Warp II somebody? They fell in the water
Me: Wrong job you know I'm a RDM/WHM right?
Person: Ya but don't you know somebody to help?

Yeah, a while back i was in Yhoator Jungle, and 3 people; Trixx, Osyris, and Davio ran to the zone shouting "Deal with this noobs", out comes a big train with smithys, pathfinders, anemones, everything you name it.

so naturally 90% of the parties zone, low and behold guess whos training smithys to the other entrance? yes, the same three. So about 20 people called the GM and reported the 3 for intentionally training to the zones, the GM responds with "So? what am i supposed to do?" to 3 of my party members who called him.

After a while i guess it sunk into the GM that this was a problem so he sent as a /tell back "They are being dealt with", so i never found out what happened to them, someone said that Trixx got the buttend of it all for some reason.

I didn't really mind the whole thing (except when davio said he couldnt raise me cause he didnt have his whm on, note: he just finished raising 2 people beside me), but, the GM was kind of a prick lol, ever since i also refrain from calling a GM when i need help.
