Looking for HQ Manga and Anime Stream Sites

[Rips]

Hi,

I know many of you are big manga and anime fans. I'm hopping you can point me in the direction of accurate manga translation sites and anime.

A lot of manga sites honestly suck. When I go to read Bleach every week the first site that has a translation is Manga Reader which is absolutely horrid with their accuracy.

Any recommendations would be awesome. I'm about to start reading One Piece for the first time.

Hmm, I use MangaReader.net too, but atm I only use it for reading two mangas; History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi, and Deadman Wonderland. For Naruto, I use NarutoBase.net it works well enough. Both don't always have perfect translations but 98% of the time it's good enough for me to understand what is going on and/or what was meant to be said.
