Since SE finally fixed those damn hoofprints, got Mamoolbane and Trollbane today. No more mountain of IS that I keep myself from touching.
 
Grats. Its too bad it only works in 3 zones.
 
I thought they worked Vs the appropriate beastman.

no, Mamoolbane works in the wajoom region, Trollbane in the Halvung region, and Lamiabane in Arragapo Reef region.. or so a lot of people are saying over at alla and BG and whatnot

BG ppl are saying each one works in all 3 aht urghan regions
 
I haven't had a chance to test them out, seeking for PT right now though if anyones looking. :P

I can tell you though, they don't seem to work during Besieged, so yeah, probably doesn't work in West Aht Urghan region.

Is it regions or zones? Because that topic you linked to makes it look like they only work in Arrapago, Mamook, and Halvung themselves, not the entire regions. I suppose I could get them and find out.
 
Currently have a 25~% rate against Lesser colibri and Pephedros with Trollbane equipped.
 
Single zones. all 3 work in the following zones...

arrapago reef, mamook, and halvung.
 
These are kinda useless for THF, RNG, BRD, and COR =/
 
Oh well, guess I'll just get one to skillup throwing on my whm. :(

No. enchantment will only go through on the zones i listed before. You can test which zone the latent will work on by trying to use the enchantment in the zone. If you can't use the enchantment in the zone, the latent won't kick in.
 
So these items are all useless then since they don't even work for XP areas unless you XP in Cadarva or Halvung which isn't even that great.

Actually it's Arrapago Reef, not Caedarva. There are a few decent Caedarva camps, but nothing great that I know of in Arrapago. :(
