Planned to jump on tonight and level BST but I'm sitting here websurfing and posting this instead. So much for that Aquarius fight revitilizing my interest. I hope it's just because I'm excited about moving to Alaska and can't concentrate on playing any game for more than a half-hour at a time. XD

If you feel like it's a task to log on, then you should probably take a small break, be it a few days, a week(normally what I do once every 3-4 months), or even a month. Everyone needs a take a break once in awhile.

Or maybe you don't need a break, you just need a new experience? Sometimes I get random urges to take yet another job to 30+, just look at my sig with the jobs listed And I don't think I'm done yet, definitely not done yet.

Ideas for a break

-Go for refreshing jogs
-Catch up on your other video: Replay FFs, beat FFs you never beat, play games you have still laying around in the packing(That would be me).
-For one week straight, do nothing but put your heart into your school or work job, that'll make you apperiate FFXI for sure if nothing else worked.

I'm in the middle of a slump, too.

A big part of it is my recent work schedule. I've been working the evening shift for the past few weeks, and it's cut down on my playing time. I have a hard time building up enthusiasm for short little sessions. I think the only productive thing I did this week was get a magicked skull for someone in the dunes while I was skilling up my club in the Dunes (from an abysmal 19 to a merely pathetic 53).

Hang in there, man. The game will pick up again.
