Yeah, I'm more excited for the DS than the PSP

A. I work for the company part time during the year and have never really had a problem with a nintendo system
B. i'm really worried about battery life on the PSP after owning the Game Gear
C. I have a feeling that all the games on the PSP won't be original and it'll end up being a port system.

I'll probably end up buying both like the sucker I am, but hot damn that's a sexy system

Batteries have come a long way, I doubt they would release something that is not competitive.

I only own a Gameboy SP, as in, that is my only console. There is nothing that I can do on a console, that I can't do better on a PC.
OMG, I need to buckle up and move this to the FB once the responses to this one come in, lol.

As far as originals go, I don't know, I don't quite remember the last truly original game. It's been a few years, for sure.

Yeah, I'm not really posting this as a Nintendo vs Sony argument - I do this enough at work and really don't want to do it here.

I pretty much posted this as a "Holy cow does the system not look like ass anymore" comment.

I give kudos to sony though - that PSP is a fine looking system.

And I'll never harp on sony for not having great games, I love Sony's in house R&D, Ico and Wild ARMs are some of my fave games out there - not to mention the FF games are on the system. I just have a major beef with the hardware.....

FACT: The most important thing you can do on a console that you can't do on a PC ~ making gaming a directly social experience.

No LAN, no multiple PCs and Monitors . . . you just sit people down in front of a TV and let the fun commence.

games like Warioware and Smash Bros are what make console gaming great, sans the extra voilence that Sabs brings to the table because she's a sore looser :wink:
