OK, I am probably really going to feel dumb (or old) but what does it mean to be "rick-rolled"?

Whenever someone makes you listen to that God-aweful Risk Astley song against your will. It doesn't even have to be online (as this thread examplifies)(I just made that word up).

Also, that song and probably any song that man ever did was as terrible the day it came out as it is today.
Also ALSO, Chasym sucks.
